Terms governing use of the Datadriventools website and healthcare billing audit review engagements in Hong Kong.
Acceptance
By accessing datadriventools.digital or engaging Datadriventools for healthcare billing audit reviews, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.
Services described
Pages describing audits, rates, and engagement steps are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a written engagement letter stating scope, fee, and timeline.
Intellectual property
Site content, findings pack templates, and checklists created by Datadriventools remain our intellectual property unless the engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you for internal use. You may use delivered findings registers and worksheets for your facility’s internal remediation. You may not resell them or present them as your own external product.
Client materials
You retain ownership of claim files and clinical records you provide. We use them only to perform the agreed review and return or destroy copies as stated in the engagement letter and our privacy practices.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, Datadriventools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from business decisions you make after receiving findings. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
No guarantee of insurer outcomes
Audit findings and correspondence notes do not guarantee claim payment, dispute victory, or regulatory clearance.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site information current but may update rates, service descriptions, and policies without prior notice. The engagement letter controls if it conflicts with website text.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless the engagement letter states otherwise.
